this glitch is so annoying! the only way to get it off is to transform or to get hit again with same spell or with an arrow, that sometimes works.
there's some quests that reset the mesh like one of the dark brotherhood quest, my brother found that one out but I'm not sure which it is because I haven't joined them yet.
