Ive been talking to gamestop managers and they are telling me am the first person to say that the game is damaged , could it be that bethesda shipped some of them broken or damaged ? and we just happened to get those ?

Or...you're the first one to actually return your game.
Or...they're feeding you BS (they do that from time to time at Gamestop, as some of you may know)

Not a DVD related problem, i think some DEV fell asleep with is coding and thought '' WTH gamers are so dumb they won't even notice'' *sarcasm*

P.S. Not insulting you Ricardoadnel, just being sarcastic toward BETH....

It honestly wouldn't have anything to do with the disk really. If it were hanging in the same spot, skipping, etc; that would be the disk, but the problems others have been experiencing with framerate issues etc, stems from coding.
