Before the patch with the current set of drivers this game was significantly more playable. The texture pop-in is not as bad as it was before the first drivers but is now worse than before the patch.

Models (clipboards, guns) no longer float out of the hands of NPCs and I have not seen any model flicker in SP, but have not yet tried MP, where the issue was more pronounced.

Screen tearing is back and is bad. As soon as I enable V-Sync the game disables 'Smart' or 'On' it before I leave the menu system. The only way the game allows V-Sync is if I force it through CCC. When forced the game allows the setting to remain.

Random item textures are still a joke. Cans, pill bottles, chairs, boxes, litter, wire spools, dartboards etc. all look like I'm playing through River City Ransom, not Dead City. Distant texture also fail to load at times look horrible through the sniper rifle.

Dark areas are even worse. Black walls have a checkerboard pattern between the ridiculously stretched out low res textures. The color scale is off is many dark areas as well. Many blacks have an overlay of green. I understand the use of different colors to create different moods for different areas, but visually, it is not good. The best example is Dr. Kvasir's leather outfit, which is horribly green.

I have not experienced a crash since the first set of drivers.
