Turned vsync off in options, turned it off in my card options (radeon HD 5970)

Frame rate still won't go above 60 though. I believe the frame rate has been set to cap at 60.

Does anyone know how I can increase the frame rate cap?

There is probably a console command. Does anyone know it?
