Doing the Numbers Job for the Thieve's Guild and the first quest involves Haelga's Bunkouse ledger. When entering the Bunkhouse, the ''quest arrow'' isn't pointing the ledger. Instead, it is in the Southwest between floor #1 (near one long table) and floor # 2 (under a box) and it is unclickable. When you activate the actual ledger in Haelga's room, nothing happens.

I thought it was a simple bug so I cancelled the quest and did the other ''The Numbers Job'' and now, I'm back to Haelga's Bunkouse ledger and the arrow still points at the same unreachable place it was and the real ledger doesn't do anything. I tried reloading and nothing seems to work.

That problem is happenning on the Xbox 360.
