all furnishings disappeared after loading a save in the house, reload back up fixed it. happen after buying the stuff in onw go then putting my stuff away and sleeping.

[update] glitch came back and furniture glitched away, loaded first save before decorating worked through it all bit by bit to isolate what caused the glitch and it seems to be connected to having notes on your book shelf. removed them seems to have fixed.

I haven't bought a house yet but when I do I will test your theory on the notes on the bookshelf and report back, maybe Bethesda will acknowledge it.

thankyou that would be great! i hope it doesnt spoil anyones game so i tryed mt best to fix it! i woke to gind my housr had been reverse burgled and all the furnichure was gone but all stuff was in its place. lol
