For some reason every now and again when I change cells, I get a big FPS drop (down to about 10 I'd say) and usually after a few seconds it recovers back to normal.
But about 3 in 10 times it does not recover so I have to save and restart the game.

I'm running the game at max graphics at 1920x1080, It is usually a constant 60FPS, occasionally coming down to 40

I've disabled SLI because I've seen lots of people talking about the SLI scaling being quite bad. Running max graphics.
