I am playing on a windows 7
ATI Radeon HD 3850

i have most my settings on high and the game runs 100% SMOOTHLY for me.
No problems what so ever.


EXPET i cant see fire or frost attacks like the 2 very first spells we get.
if i try to shoot them out i see my hand like on fire or frost and a TINY bit blur infront of my hand. But there is no actual fire or frost coming out. (it does damage and everything just no animation)

Same for when i fought a Dragon, when the dragon breathes fire, it does damage, and shows a little blur but no actual fire animation.

So what should i do to fix this!
