Un-mark 360 controller in settings and the acceleration will disappear, + the menus will not be as sensitive but more optimized for M+K. works like a charm.

EDIT: I don't know why these settings were default.

I think this did help a bit for me but disabling acceleration in the .ini file resolved all my mouse issues fully.

How did you do that?
