Any possible chances to make the 3rd person shoulder view while in combat?

Err is this not already in the game?

If you have a controller press and hold the right stick and move the left stick down and up... zooms in and out on the character which if close enough goes over the shoulder...

Not sure if it's like... demon forge never played it...
