Conjuration?

Any one think Conjuration will be usable as a mage?

If not , there shall be rage. Lots of it.

There probably'll be a class for it though, like summoner or something.

I kinda hope we can mix and match classes, kinda like in DDO, but with a TES flair. I sure hope I can conjure a battle axe and a skeleton to fight stuff.

well i can't say 100% cuz nothing's been announced, but summoner classes are pretty common in the genre. I'm confident there will be a class with plenty of pets to summon. I loved playing a warlock in WoW;

There's five classes, right? I guessing there'll probably be a Fighter, Thief, Destruction Mage, Conjuration Mage class and some kind of buff/healing Mage (Restoration/Alteration?).

Well, all we know is that there are "classes" in the game. Now whether that means classes like WoW's class system of rigid archetypes or previous ES games' classes of slightly more generalized, but still focused characters, we have yet to see.

I hope the classes are a little more strict than, say, Skyrim.

Well hopefully we'll get the classes from oblivion/morrowind, and a number of mages used Conjuration so hopefully we won't have the same dull "summoners" but have difference between classes that can conjure I.e the sorcerer which was heavy armoured and focused quite heavily on conjuring daedra as well as the less magicky battlemage which used Conjuration and lots of weapons like axes and then there was the witchhunter which was a much cooler alternative to WoW's hunter and summoned elementals whilst standing back and turning foes into a pin cushion :P why did skyrim remove them?? :L I just hope this bit of TES stays the same and we don't end up with dull overly specialised professions like Mage, warlock and Priest :L but then as they've said they want to remove the trinity, the traditional classes are going to make that far easier, and I hope like oblivion the Healer has equal amounts of destruction and restoration, otherwise soloing that will be fun! To sum up, Conjuration will be there, hopefully in the form implemented before skyrim :) and bring back Mysticism!!
