I have just completed the quest 'Loud and Clear', on reporting back to the Thieves Guild and getting my reward, I'm informed that Maven wants to meet with me, and then nothing happens, no quest triggers after it says Loud and Clear is cleared, and going to see Maven, she doesn't initiate any quests or anything.

I've tried this three times (that is, completing the quest and seeing if it will trigger the next) at various points in my journey, it's really annoying that I've just hit a deadend.
