Alright, so I'm doing the "Season Unending" quest where you have to get General Tullius and Ulfric Stormcloak to agree to a treaty while you try to capture a dragon. I've got Tullius to agree, but when I go to Ulfric, he keeps telling me to go talk to Galmar Stone-Fist about "The Jagged Crown" quest (which I started earlier but never finished). I try to talk to Galmar but all he says is how he doesn't understand how I got Ulfric to talk to the Empire. It's a never ending loop and I cannot complete the main storyline because of it. I don't know of anyone else who's had this problem and it kinda bums me out. Can anyone help?
