I found game bug in "the price of power" mission.

following this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtEfr6B3v-k in 2.38 to 2.51, The uploader can go to the wasteland but I can't http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N921CAXvetE.

I try to load game from quick save but it not help.

I will try this mission again from begining before enter the power plant (from auto-save).
