So does anyone know whether the developer console (like the one in oblivion) is in the game? I don't want to know this because I'm a cheater! I just like to create some fun mods for myself & friends and the oblivion console always helped me test those things... So is there any confirmation?

There's one in nearly every PC game ever. There should be one.

There will be almost guaranteed, us modders use it to fine tune variables/kickstart quests/spawn mobs etc when developing a new mod to check that it's working properly without having to spend hours playing through our own quest the proper way after each and every tweak.

You COULD just edit the key-bindings so that theres no key to open the console if self control is such a big deal.

Not derp at all! It's a great idea to edit the key bindings! I think I'll do that on the pc of my brother because he ALWAYS cheats too much and then comes crying because his game is all messed up xD
