It seems I can't level anymore my bar is stuck at the end of lvl 7 going on to 8. When I lvl up a skill like magic or a 2h it goes up but I'm not lvling anymore. The other thing is my perks I'm in the 1h tree and the first perk is a 0/5 talent I'm 2/5 but can't go any further but I have a perk point to put in it, someone plz help me. Thanks

Starting with your second point. Perks have level requirements as well as needing to be unlocked, so look at your level in the attribute and make sure that you are high enough to get it. When you go to your menu where you would choose item, magic, map and skills, does it read skills or level up?
