So, I made the long trek up to the magic college. Crossed the bridge fine and was speaking to Mirabelle Ervine when all of a sudden, two thugs walked up and attacked me. It seems that a certain blacksmith was irritaded that I stole some Steel Ingots, (I thought no one saw me!). So I dispatched the thugs and now Mirabelle Ervine won't give me the tour of the college. Fine I said, I'll just leave this and come back, maybe it'll sort it self out. It has not. I'll try to talk to her and she says something to the effect of 'We'll talk as soon as we finish the tour'. I've tried just waiting there but she still keeps telling me we'll talk later, while pulling out her book, or a tankard to wet her whistle.

Hopefully the quest bugs will get fixed soon. This is the only one I've encountered.

Im having the same problem

Good! Well, not good that you can't complete the quest, but that it's something that can be duplicated so hopefully it'll be easier to fix.

I had the same problem area except i could start the tour but then a dragon would land in the middle of the college, after its dead she wont continue the tour and says she wont talk to me until after the tour. luckily i save a lot before i do anything so managed to get around it, all i did was wait 24 hours and the dragon never appeared.

If you have a save just before you talk to her, try and get the thugs to attack you some other place, should fix the problem hopefully.
