Both drivers make Rage work (that means the game doesn`t crash on startup but crashes on area loading etc), but makes Doom3 crash for some reason.

I start D3, system freezes for some seconds and then prompts:

"Display driver stopped responding and has recovered"


I've tried other game which is Dragon Age and it works. At least for some time.

I can confirm this: just tried to boot Doom 3. Display driver froze and eventually recovered.

I have the same problem. New Vegas doesn't work for me either. This is a development driver, not the finished product so hopefully they have tailored it for Rage and will add compatability with other games before the full release... ...hopefully..!

No OpenGL game/program (other than RAGE) I have tried has worked with the 11.10/RAGE drivers. Minecraft causes the same issue, as does Logitech gaming keyboard manager. Direct3d games work fine though, I can run New Vegas.
