Help me with my problem! See photo!

Please, see my photo. This is my problem and i don't know why this happens.



My specs:

Intel Pentium Core2Quad Q9400 2.66 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 5750 1 gb
Catalyst 11.10 v2
Windows 7 x64
HDD 2TB

This happens when I lose energy. If i save and load, this problem come back again!

That looks like a video driver issue to me. The GPU is not rendering correctly. Wipe your video drivers completely and reboot/ reinstall drivers?
