Jumping is over-sensitive to obstacles?

Is it just me, or is jumping a bit problematic if your character is up against something solid - even if that "solid thing" is barely off the ground.

Basically I can jump fine... but if I happen to be pushing up against something (which is frequent if you're a bit of a 'mountain climber' as I am), then it won't jump at all, and you've got to stand still, then jump... or back up a bit away from the object, then jump forward.

Anyone else finding that?

(also, I'm sure the mouse Y-Axis sensitivity seems lower than the X-Axis, but that may just be my Logitech setpoint drivers rather than the game!)

Vaguely related to general movement/controls, aswell as jump not working at all if your character is even slightly touching an obstacle from about ankle height or over...

I've found that while walking around, random bones/objects/debris that is "loose" on the floor sometimes fly away like they've just been shot with a cannon if you touch them at all - and I've actually had objects on the floor injure me just from walking over them - I assume they've somehow been fired like a cannon because my foot touched them and somehow managed to fire them into myself, injuring me.

This is another one of the bugs that is in EVERY bethesda game they fix it then when they release a new game it comes back like the chicken bug the sli bug ETC.Seems whenever they start to make a new game the start with some real old code that has ALL the original bugs in it.Very poor from a big company but not a game stopper and im sure as always it will get fixed AGAIN.
