Now I'm sure there will be a fix to this soon if not already but I am having some slight issues with my FPS dropping to 3-9FPS when I leave a building.

I am playing on everything Maxed Out ULTRA
with a resolution of 1920x1200 and I am using:
Intel Core i7 930 @4.2Ghz
EVGA GTX 480 @746Mhz Core
6GB DDR3 9-9-9-24 @2100Mhz RAM
ASUS Rampage III Extreme
1000W Corsair PSU
Water Cooled + Air flow - So temps are not an issue I am also monitoring them and they never go too high (For a 480 anyway haha).

This is a system more than capable of running Skyrim so for those that want to say "FPS always drops when you go outside of buildings" ect.. That is not my issue. Going into the building and exploring the towns and even high action combat scenes I rarely dip below 50FPS it's just when
I leave buildings after about 2-3 Hours of game play. Eventually the FPS comes back up to normal but it takes a little while and when I'm trying to follow someone out of a building for a quest or something like I am right now it makes it really annoying.
