The game has been out on PC for like 12 hours and because Pete's Twitter account doesn't say anything, we're being swept under the rug. People need to have some patience. Has anyone actually tweeted him a question about the performance problems?

I hope you're right. But having dealt with the silent treatment from devs in the past, I have become sensitive to certain tells. When the main PR guy is ignoring an issue and only talking about positive or irrelevant topics, that does not bode well for responsiveness. I am sure that bethesda is busy doing something about something right now, but whether it has anything to do with PC performance or graphics glitches, or compatibility of newer hardware is completely unknown because no one official is saying anything.
