Hey guys, I've came to the conclusion that perhaps the game runs how it's supposed to, and that nothing is wrong with the game. Perhaps my PC just isn't good enough to play on High at 60fps+

AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition 3.2GHz
4GB RAM
1920x1080
W7 64-bit

It really bothers me when the game goes below 60fps, for me it's incredibly noticeable. Am I asking for too much? When I reach the first town it dips to 30fps which is terrible in my opinion.

My spec is higher than yours I don't get constant 60 in towns. It doesn't bother me though.
