There is this guy in my class that mouthes off at me everyday and I've decided to just punch him in the face.

Beat him with words/logic. Make him look like a fool every time he says something. It's what I do, and everybody laughs at the target.

Why not mouth off back to him? That won't get you arrested or expelled.

Instead of attacking him, just warn him that dirty talk turns you on. He'll probably leave you alone after that.

Might backfire even more if he's got enthusiastic gay-bashers at his school.

Next time you go to school just bring shaving foam with you and spray it everywhere in his backpack. And leave a note (u mad bro?).

Don't plan it or think about it, just do it. If he punches back, hit him again. That's what we call a fight.
