I am trying without luck to get the Logitech G27 Racing Wheel to work with Rage. I googled everywhere and attempted various methods such as x360ce, Logitech Profiler and Pinnacle Profiler. The wheel doesn't have the ability to turn incrementally like the 360 controller nor can i press gently accelerate. Anybody know how to get the wheel to work? I also have a Logitech Momo that i just took down. No luck with that either.

That may be asking too much of the game, though if there is a solution, I wouldn't mind trying the Multiplayer with my G25.

How does a racing wheel work? Does it use a rheostat or something similar to sense how far off center you turn the wheel? Because the game senses just an on/off condition, something like an anolog input probably won't work. It would be interesting to find out for sure though.

That's the exact problem. The Xbox 360 controller offers more of an anolog approach. I can eliminate the dead zone with pinnacle which offers a bit more control but it is normally sharp turns rather then gradual turning of the wheel. I thought pinnacle could do something like that or even the x360ce emulator (not compatible). No luck. There is a lot of driving to the game so it's not too much to ask to include a peripheral such as a wheel for driving.

I just tested the x360ce software with Rage and it works perfectly. It actually mimics the 360 controller. I have Incremental turning, and pressurized gas and brakes. The only thing is, the Logitech G27 (or what ever wheel) has to be the primary controller. You loose your Xbox controller. I'm figuring a way to use both but i guess i could just use the keyboard and mouse (cramps my hands).
