I completed the quest "Blood on the Ice" and didn't give the amulet to either the wizard or the oddities guy. I've already accused someone, thereby completing the quest, but the "Strange Amulet" is still in my inventory as a quest item, and I can't get rid of it.

Is there any console command to make it non-essential or delete it entirely?

EDIT:
For Pete's sake, people, stop replying to discussion threads and reply to the threads with people asking for HELP. My threads keep getting pushed to the fourth page within ten minutes because people are posting on their "Fail Moments" threads or whatever. Some people actually need some real help and they aren't getting it.
Doesn't say good things about the community.

I'm going to post this over in the Hints and Spoilers board as well. I realize that cross-posting against forum rules, but I am getting no response here, so that seems to be my only option.
