I'm unable to advance in the quest line for Companions as I'm stuck on the hired muscle quest. I'm being sent to intimidate Severio Pelagia and there is no waypoint marker for him. I've looked everywhere in Whiterun for him including inside the city and his supposed farm. I'm thinking he either got killed when I had a random dragon encounter outside his farm, or in the Imperial Legion quest line, or the quest is glitched.

The journal entry: "Severio Pelagia has been causing trouble for someone around Whiterun. I need to rough him up to remind him of his obligations."
