I am going to report this as a bug simply because I can't fathom any rational realistic explanation why a developer would let this in their game.

When talking with NPCs there are dialog options available to select on topics that I don't even know about yet. I can only assume these are topics related to quests that I hadn't even received on know anything about yet.

Example. I get to riverwood in the middle of the night and talk to the first person I run into "Sven" and there is a topic there about him and someone I never met liking the same girl.
