This build leaves me with one perk to do whatever I want with. My character will specialize in two-handed blades and archery when the situation merits it. I will not use any form of offensive magic other than my shouts. Sort of reminds me of a paladin type character.

I think you have missed a perk u need to take novice Restoration its the first perk in the restro tree is what unlocks the rest of the perks after it

you will have an easy play with such a caracter as an lp i have seen has shown, altough it is a bit boring...since your strategies are rather limited no?

You might want to take Steel Smithing so that you can actually use your smithing tree there.
