Maybe your cache hasn't rebuilt properly or you are using a 360 that doesn't have a HDD like the 4GB slim.

You could try clearing the system cache then giving the game chance for the cache to rebuild. According to the stickied post on the top of the forums the cache builds when in interior cells or in menus.

The only time i've seen the texture problem is just after clearing the cache. Once the cache finished building everything was ok. I always run the game from disc though and will do until the problem is patched.

There as some textures that are low for everyone whether installed or not. I've noticed a few dodgy floor textures while exploring a cave. And a lot of people reckon snow doesn't look right but don't know if that is a bug or some bad art work.

Other than waiting for the cache to rebuild there is nothing much else that can be done except hope the next patch fixes it.

Sigh. If you have no clue what you're talking about, don't give advice to people.

Having an HDD has nothing to do with this issue. It's a bug that needs fixing, simple as that. And your cache has nothing to do with the size of your HDD, are you new to computers?

This issue is a result of Skyrim using caching to stream textures, only problem is, whatever is supposed to be happening with caching, isn't happening.

That's the bug, and they are working on a fix.

Exactly. Almost no one has the exact same issues, but all have it ranging from severity from minimal to total texture muddyness.

I'm inbetween; my textures are fine until I go into the menues, then my hands/armor/weapon texturss get blurry in 1st person, as well as furniture and the ground in both 3rd and 1st, and it doesnt solve itself until I restart my console.

like me, then, depends on me, sometimes they're all blurry and sometimes not, we are sure that the patch will solve the problem even for those without the hdd?

But ignore the "We have verified that this issue does not occur when playing off the disk and when the game is fully cached (not installed)." part of that post, as the likelihood is you will still get texture issues playing from the disk

I used to have texture issues running off the disk too but I found that if I cleared my hard drive cache after turning my xbox on and then ran the game from disk it works fine. Regardless of what Bethesda say I think we can only wait until they release the patch and see if it fixes all texture issues, regardless of how you run the game.

Did I even say the size of the HDD has something to do with the cache?

No I didn't

For your information the 4GB slim doesn't have a HDD. It has flash memory and games wont cache to flash memory. Thats why I mentioned the 4GB slim.
So if the OP is using a 4GB the game wont be caching at all. His best option would be to install the game to a USB flash drive.

Because the games code is bugged.

There must be something seriously wrong with the game somewhere. Strange how it effects some people and not others.

Although when I tried installing to USB the disc still span up while playing which suggested to me the game will still running off disc. Even though the console was saying it was installed.
Have no idea why I couldn't get it to run off the USB drive.

If your disc stops spinning when playing then you know it's installed properly. If it keeps spinning then it's still running from disc.

If your game was definately running off the USB and you still had the texture problems then waiting for a patch is the only option because there is not much else you can do yourself.
