I looked this up on the fourms search bar and could see no topics. ...
So I guess im going to try and make this quest bug public. And hope for a patch.

Basically on the quest Reunification of Skyrim (rescue from Kastav)
I had just spoken to General Tullius and have been told to speak to Legate Rikki but when I speak to her in the tent...
no option to ask my duties!!
As you could imagine this has been quite frustrating and stoped the cival war quest dead.
Hope this gets patched or solved I hope anyway. Thanks for reading.
