Hello,
I am archmage of the college and am going through the "do you need help" quests. Urag, the librarian of the college.
In a previous quest I did I found a book which gave me the quest Red Eagle's Sword. I went there and did everything, looted everything. At this location was a book Children of The Sky.
Urag gave me a quest to go there and take that book, which I already have, and won't take it.
Any help is appreciated for getting around this bug.
