I can't play this game, I'm frustrated and give up.

While my game looks great, it freezes for 5-10 seconds every 30 seconds, I hear sound but the video freezes and unfreezes and I've tried everything... From fiddling with the rageconfig, cache, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, [censored]. I can run BF3 on max settings without a single problem.

I HAVE THE BEST VIDEO CARD ON THE MARKET! Why do I have these problems?!

I think the problem for this is you need to go to the launch options for the game on steam, and add the following command:
