My specs:

8600 dual core
ATI 4870x2
11.10 preview 2 drivers
Running the game patch
Running modified cfg file mentioned many time on this forum

Fairly basic question, Have been running solid 60fps since the start of the game, get into wellspring, jump on the speedway, start to notice some stuttering and frame dropping, leave speedway and frames are now between 10-40fps and very stuttery. Saved the game at that point (not quicksave) and then reloaded that save game, fps back up to 60fps. Leave wellspring via the front door and boom, back to 10-40fps. Save there again and reload but cant escape the horrible frames now. Even a restart of the game doesnt help.....

Can i get my 60 fps back??
