When I go into the mind of Pelagius, there's a dragon in there that usually kills me within a few seconds. It's clearly not supposed to be there - I watched a Youtube video of the conversation with Sheogorath, and there was no dragon.

This just happened to me as well. I think what happened is that a dragon accidentally spawns inside the cell. Not positive though.
