wtf i have been dropping down high rocks then healing, falling, healing, getting almost killed, healing and its still 21! its not increasing at all....

the only thing i seem to be able to increase is speech by selling and destruction!

also using wards but also don't increase

Healing is under the school of restoration not alteration.
