On PS3, none of the quest items are appearing. Any time i need a specific item to progress through a quest, whether its in a chest or a pickpocket or a drop from a specific enemy, they just are not appearing. Anyone having the same issues? This is really annoying as i cant progress through a lot of the questlines im on.

For example the quest Stealing Plans, I clear out Orotheim and go to the chest to find the item isnt inside, just random loot. Ive reloaded and retried multiple times but everytime its not there. The arrow is clearly pointing to the chest but the item isnt inside.

Happened again in The World Eaters Eyrie, The draugr guarding the door (claw puzzle) doesnt drop the diamond claw....

A fix on this ASAP would be preferred. I dont want to have to run through dungeons and fight dragons until after the holidays....
