[REQ] 1) Increase walk speed and 2) move drawn weapons a bit

Walk speed is self explanatory. I looked in the .ini files but didn't see any settings for speed.
The weapon distance pertains to how closely the weapons appear in front of the player, as if he or she is clutching it tightly to his chest, which looks awkward. Changing the FOV doesn't appear to improve this.

Thanks!

Bring up the console during the game and type in PLAYER.SETAV SPEEDMULT # ... 100 is the default, I generally go with 125. Only problem is this increases not only walk speed but running and sprinting as well. Not sure if there is a way of increasing only the walk speed without the creation kit. Also after you change the speed via console, go in and out of sneak mode or draw your weapon and then holster it for it to take effect. Otherwise it wont.
