Making dragon amour more favourable

I really like the look of dragonplate, but unfortunately there is no reason to wear it, you need 100 smithing to craft it and only 90 smithing to craft daedric.

I know that daedric is harder to craft due to the daedra hearts it requires so thats fair enough, it's just such a shame that such a cool looking armour should go unused.

A couple of suggestions:

Switch the amour rating of the two sets, but make dragon armour require a dragon soul to craft.

Give the player some kind decrease in dragonshout cooldowns when wearing the full set.

Those both require a bit of scripting, a very easy one (I think):

Switch the perks of daedric and dragon armour, that would give you a chance to wear dragon amour and then slowly replace it while you get smithing and daedra hearts and so on.

Y'all with me?

I agree on this :)
Also, when it comes to light armor... In the game you can read a book that says that there's essentially two kinds of light armor. The leather type (fur, leather and so on) and the armor type (glass, elven armor and so on) and as a sneaky character I would LOVE a second kind of light dragon armor. I'm thinking something a little more based off the scales rather than the bones of the dragon, and maybe a hood of dragonscale. :) It might be able to retexture some already existing hood or armor, but I have no idea how modding works so if anyone takes up on this idea, I'd appreciate it. :)

Also, it seems strange to me that you can't do any weapons of the dragonbones you find. A dagger of dragonfangs or a sword of their claws for instance shouldn't be TOO hard to make. :)
