Does anyone play Darksiders? I Just beat it and now trying to beat it again on apoclyptic.

Love that game. The story was a bit disappointing at near end, but its overall atmosphere is pretty good.

I can't wait for Darksiders 2. I've watched several of the developer interviews and they said that they didn't get enough time as they would have liked to make the game. If Darksiders was what they made within a little amount of time then Darksiders 2 must be fantastic.

I love this game----I love everything about it! I love the fact you play as one of the horseman of the biblical Apocalypse fighting demons and angels. But every freaking time I go to Gamestop and see it on the self I always pass it up for no dang reason. Someday I'll buy this game mark my words---I will buy this game.

I like the fact that the angels are sometimes referred to as pigeons. I thought that was hilarious.

I've owned this game since I bought it as part of the THQ pack last summer. I have yet to download it, however after seeing all the praise you are all giving it I think I'll download it.

I bought it some time ago and got decently far in it but then put it down and haven't picked it up in sometime. It' wasn't a bad game by any means, I really enjoyed it but it was just one those things where a good game gets caught in the backlog of games.

I don't think I'll be getting Darksiders 2 on release but it'll find it's way to my game library eventually.

I think the ending more than made up for it, but then again, it was one of those "This is getting really bad ass..... in Darksiders 3!"

I'm super excited for 2. I do believe that I'll be getting the Collector's Edition, because damn! that Death's Mask is awesome.

Same thing happend to me but mine was a rental and I fell in love with the game, I've had many opportunities to get it but I keep passing it up for no reason :shrug:

As soon as I found out Darksiders 2 was available for pre-order on Steam, I jumped on that faster than a cat jumping a mouse. Loved the first, and I cannot wait for the second.

Only issue I have with the first is that the Apocalyptic Armor doesn't transfer between plays on the PC.

when Ruin ran into him, I think he shouldn't have closed his eyes, but instead stared at him. To show that he had absolute faith in Ruin.

The female angel's name was Uriel.

I'm playing through it now. Picked it up ages ago for 5 euros on a Steam sale, but when I first installed it I had some issues. Now it's working fine, and it's pretty good. Nothing innovative or new, but good at what it does, which is God of War meets Zelda.

I can't no money right now and next month Darksiders is going to have to go toe-to-toe with me buying a 360 with Kinetic and Halo 1 remake. That's going to be a battle of Biblical proportions :biggrin:

Screw Kinect it's a gimmick, but Halo 1 hmm... that alone could beat so many games.
