I'm on a Macbook Pro (2011) running Windows 7 32-bit in Boot Camp, AMD 6750m with 1gb video RAM.
After installing the latest AMD drivers and the game patch, it ran fine on the first level 'Wasteland'. But when I got to the 2nd level 'Ghost Hideout' the textures stopped loading.
Everything else about the game worked, I could shoot and walk and interact. But all of the textures were a creamy white or caramel color, even the NPC's. Little or no detail.
Has anyone else experienced this, or found a way to fix?
I've tried the suggestions on this page: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2156747
But that didn't work, it actually brought back an earlier bug, the mosaic textures, so that may not be the best option for me.
I've also tried using +jobs_numThreads 0 as launch option, that didn't help either.
I've also tried quitting the CCC and MOM.exe processes. That fixed the crashing problem but not the missing textures.
Are you a Macbook Pro (2011) user who's successfully gotten the game to work?
Your help will be hugely appreciated! Thank you.
