Windows 7, Nvidia 9600GT. Latest Nvidia Drivers, latest Rage Patch (as of October 11th, 2011)

Textures Missing after bandit garage:
By missing I mean gone, not low res. When I emerge into the outside world I'm just floating in emptiness, with only lines of shrubs to guide me back to Hagar Territory, which I can see through the transparent scenery.

I'll post screenshots tonight, its weird and I haven't seen anyone else post about it yet.

Other issues: Getting Screen Tearing, tried enabling VSync but every time I go back into the menu it's off again.
