I won't get the chance to play Skyrim for another month, but I'm chomping at the bit right now and full of questions.

I'm curious about spell acquisition. If spell tomes are found through exploration and purchase, does that mean that it is completely randomized and hence a function of the Radiant AI?

How do you mage types feel about the system? Are you finding the spells you want/need easy enough? I keep looking online at the spell list... I'm kind of underwhelmed by it... I have yet to see a paraylze spell that you can learn and carry about with you. I have sort of been in love with this spell since forever. But the spell lists I've been looking at are incomplete, they don't show any alteration spells above Ironflesh (Adept level spell) so I don't really know what the school holds.

Do you discover spells based on how you play a la Radiant AI?
