So after I busted whats-his-face out of the mines in Markarth and fought through a city of guards I am now sitting with a 6k gold bounty. I hate the people in Markarth so you'd think i just wouldn't go there ever again, but every time i go to the companions guild Vilkas starts chasing me with his weapon drawn like a guard, and he tries stopping me like a guard, but when he stops me instead of saying "halt, you're under arrest", just the normal dialogue options come up. I walk away from him and he chases me and does it again until i have to leave the building.

I looked up how to fix it and people said they just payed off their bounty. When i went to go pay the bounty the guards stop me and give me the dialogue when they stopped me in the Forsworn Legacy quest with no pay fine option, and if i say go to jail he tells me i'm going to the mine and then stops me again and loops over and over and over. This is stupidly annoying!
