Graphics Not Working 100% : V

I have an ATI Radeon 6770m graphics card and Battlefield 3 looks amazing with it. But so far with Skyrim, even on ULTRA settings it still looks like it is running on LOW settings.
Also, I have no idea how to see if I have Patch 1.1 or not. Bethesda moderators help?

Have you turned off FXAA? It tends to make everything look smudged and horrible. that being said, the textures in the game really are quite poor with only moderate difference between minimum and max settings.

Actually, turn off AA, but leave on FXAA. That should make everything pretty on an ATI card

The two combined is a blur fest.

check it, LOW and ULTRA settings. Looks the same. Definitely something wrong here when BF3 looks a bajillion times better.
