I want to buy Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel from GOG.com and my bank denies the transaction because GOG.com is located in another country and Paypal wants me to send a coipy of my driver's license as proof that I own the account.

I feel I shouldn't need to send a copy of my DL to PayPal, I never used it to set the account up in 2000 so why do I need to do it 12 years on? And I'm not sure why TD is declining the transaction.

Anybody wanna do me a solid and gift me the game?
