I remember hearing about you couldn't block if you decide to dual wield. So will you be able to block if you dual wield magic and sword/axe/mace? Sorry if it was a noob question.

Cant block with duel wield.

Still cannot block. Only can block in these situations.

Dual wield with one hand holding a shield,

Have one hand empty and the right one holding a weapon.

Using a two handed weapon,

That is it. Use any magic and you cannot block. Use two weapons and you cannot block either.
