I have ready many posts so far with many different temporary fixes. Some say they are working for them some say it isn't working for them. So my question is there a definitive remedy for the lag problem before the patch arrives? Since all of the fixes are scatterred all over the fourm

*Someone else noted that waiting 1 month in game helps as it takes one month for dead bodies to disappear.
Feel free to add any I might of missed.

Buy a different version. It is very unlikely patch 1.2 will solve the problem.

Hard to fix what's there for only a few.

Honestly, stop trolling. I know you revel in other's discontent and frustration but it's just pathetic.



From what I've read here lately, buying a SSD for your PS3 helps quite a lot. However, I haven't checked that thread in a while so some different feedback may have proved it less useful.

It seems like quiet a few people have reported otherwise. I have not had an issue yet, but I have only been playing for 8 hours and my save file is still pretty small. Knowing my luck it will happen to me in time.

That's what I ended up doing. The 360 version works nice off the disc. And patch 1.2 should fix the texture streaming issue when played off the hard drive.
