Should I wait for the patch?

I would go ahead and play it i'm having minimal lag around towns. Game is still playable for me.

U can play for atleast 30 hours lag free. And if there were really a patch u would have to wait for the week after thanksgiving. And whats more is that they din't even mention fixing that lag issue in that patch so there really is no firm date on when the lag issue will be fixed. Just play it now

It's fine for the most part but there are indeed definitely several game ending bugs present.

It's playable until the save file gets to about 6-7mb. People are averaging 25-30 hours of gameplay before the lag starts.

There are broken quests. I've encountered one, but apparently there are a lot of them.

I'd say go ahead and play it. Worst case scenario is, after the patch, you'll have to remake your character, but if you limit your playing, remaking won't be such a big deal
