No, but I'd definitely say that the majority of focus on fixing things is on the 360 and PC simply due to the fact that there is planned DLC and that it hits those platforms a month before it will the PS3. In fact maybe the reason that is like that is because they figured they'd need a 30 day window to actually fix the PS3 version. So instead of getting the DLC up to snuff, they repair the game proper.
First off, only 360 gets the DLC early, not the PC. They wait with the rest of us. The 30 day window is because Microsoft paid Bethesda big bucks to have the DLC guaranteed early for their system, not because of anything Bethesda themselves wanted.
